All for Fit is a fitness program designed to create a fun social environment in which children will be motivated to engage in physical activity and carryover what they learn in their daily routine. This program encompasses all domains of fitness and is designed and facilitated by an experienced, certified personal trainer.
Who Benefits? Children 8- 12 years old who exhibit decreased motivation in physical activity, decreased ability to keep up with peers during sports, PE, etc..., or who require increased assistance to carry out exercises or physical activities.
Session 1: June 3rd- July 1st Session 2: July 8th- August 5th
